If you walk into the school on a Thursday, you will see us wearing jeans.  Students pay a dollar to wear their jeans and we collect money for that all year round.  Nuvo College hosts a hairshow every Spring.  It is a hairshow, food drive, and baked good sale.  All the proceeds go to a local charity.  The 2010 hairshow: Exquisite Creations produced $1,600.  That money went to Every Woman’s Place.  We also like to give back around Christmas time by adopting a family.  Last year we adopted three families and gave them much needed items.  We love to give back!

We also want service men and women to know that we appreciate them.  Over the past two years on September 11, we give all fire, law enforcement, and service personnel free haircuts with a massaging shampoo and a steamed towel for the face.
